Joshua Israel is the founder of Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. He has a background in computer science and earned his MBA from the University of Miami.
That mix of technical training and business education shapes how the Tax Deed Due Diligence Research Pack is built: structured intake, careful compliance framing, and systems that gather and organize public information so customers can review it quickly.
We use software and AI to gather, extract, and organize information from public records and other identified sources into the Research Pack PDF. Automation can miss or misread a source. Every material fact in the final PDF must still be traceable to an actual source, with numbered footnotes at the bottom. If a source does not establish the fact, the pack shows NOT VERIFIED.
