Privacy Policy
Joshua Israel Ventures LLC collects only what is needed to take an order, receive payment, generate a research pack, and email the PDF.
Information collected
- Buyer name and email
- Property address and/or APN, county, and state
- Requested research sections and disclaimer acknowledgment time
- Optional referral code
- Stripe payment identifiers and payment status
How it is used
Order data is used to create a Stripe Checkout Session, fulfill the PDF, email the buyer, track referrals, and operate the authenticated ops view. Stripe processes payment card data. Joshua Israel Ventures LLC does not store full card numbers.
Sharing
Data is shared with Stripe for payment, with the email provider used to deliver the PDF, and with infrastructure hosts (GitHub Pages and Cloudflare). Preferred partners are linked on the site. We do not sell buyer lists.
Retention
Order and referral records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, bookkeeping, and dispute review. You may write to joshuaofisrael@gmail.com to request access or correction of your order contact details.
Cookies
The marketing site does not use advertising cookies. The ops view stores an access token in session storage on the operator browser only.
