- Foreclosure deposits are kept separately from tax deed accounts, but an existing RealAuction foreclosure registration does not need to re-register.4
- Under F.S. 197.542(2) the Clerk may refuse the bid of anyone who previously bid and did not honor it, and Marion enforces this.4
- All properties are sold “AS IS”, buyer beware, with no warranty as to title, liens, access, zoning, improvements or utilities.4
- Governmental liens not satisfied in full from surplus survive the tax deed, and the land is sold subject to current taxes.4

Street address, structure, acreage, opening bid and redemption status are NOT VERIFIED here. Two of these are campsite lots described as Plat Book UNR, and certificates issued 2015 to 2017 have been outstanding for years, so check access, utilities, later certificates and other recorded liens before you bid. The Property Appraiser (www.pa.marion.fl.us) shows whether improvements are taxed.4
Research before you bid
Marion does not give street addresses, and the Clerk cannot advise which liens survive.4 A Tax Deed Due Diligence Research Pack organizes cited public record information for one US property into a PDF you can review before the Monday deposit cutoff.
- $149 per property · research only · emailed PDF
- Footnoted sources; material facts without an establishing source are marked NOT VERIFIED
