What deposit does Pasco County require?

Per the Clerk, bidders must have on deposit through RealAuction at least 5% of the estimated high bid or $200, whichever is greater, for each item they expect to win. ACH deposits need five full business days to settle and must clear before the sale starts; cash or cashier's checks must be delivered to the Clerk's office by 9:00 a.m. ET on sale day.

When is final payment due in Pasco County?
